Commissioned
Two new services are being set up at the Quinalow workshop. Neither is available to book yet. Here is what is coming, and roughly what it will cover.
Please read Dyno performance testing and CNC plasma cutting are not current services. The equipment is being commissioned and we are not taking bookings for either. If you want to know when they go live, register your interest and we will let you know.

Automotive Performance & Dyno
Maintenance Engineering Australia's newest addition to the workshop is the Dyno Dynamic roller dyno. Bring in your pride and joy and see how we can improve performance. Ask us about our club days and dyno shoot-outs for your car club.
Once commissioned, the dyno will cover performance testing, tuning diagnostics and power runs, with printed results so you can see what a change actually did rather than what it felt like.
Car club dyno days are part of the plan. Bring the club, run the cars, compare the numbers.

Diagnostic runs to find where an engine is losing power, backed by the workshop's scan tooling.

CNC Plasma Cutting
Maintenance Engineering Australia has the ability to complete CNC plasma cutting projects, whether it is for custom metal garden privacy screens, custom made signs or parts manufacturing. Contact us for more information on this service.
The cutter will sit alongside the existing fabrication capability, so a one off bracket, a batch of parts or a decorative screen can all be cut, finished and, where needed, welded up in the same workshop.

Signage
Custom made steel signs, property signs and lettering.
Privacy screens
Decorative metal garden and privacy screens cut to pattern.
